The superstar songstress and her husband Jay-Z have been longtime supporters of President Obama.
Beyoncé wrote an endearing letter to the chief of state ahead of America’s Election Day on Tuesday.
She said she is deeply moved by the president’s integrity.
“Everyday we see your heart and character, inspiring all of us to give more of ourselves,” Beyoncé penned in the letter that she posted on her website.
“You are the leader to take us from where we are to where we need to be. You are the reason my daughter [Blue Ivy] and nephew [Solange Knowles’ son, Juelz] will grow up knowing that they can truly be ANYTHING they want to be.”
Bey said Obama is the reason Blue Ivy will grow up knowing she can be whatever she wants to be.
Beyoncé’s husband Jay-Z performed at President Obama’s rally in Columbia, Ohio on Monday, the final day of the campaign for the White House.
Jay-Z altered the lyrics of his famous song 99 Problems for the occasion singing, “I got 99 problems, but Mitt ain’t one.”
