To mark the end of a turbulent year for some, and a more-than-fantastic year for others, we’re changing it up a bit and presenting Good Year/Bad Year… Brace yourselves.
Good Year

What a show. If you haven’t already tuned in to one of RTÉ’s biggest shows of all time, or you weren’t lucky enough to nab a boxset from Santa this year, you’ve missed out. Depicting the seedy underworld of our nation’s capital, the third series of the blockbuster show had the country enthralled. The handsome Robert Sheehan and his infamous blue hoodie probably made the show for us.

Oh Tulisa. The X Factor judge began the year with a bang as she won a court case against her ex who released a sex tape of her to the world’s media. But things just went downhill from there. A flop of an album, a trail of fashion disasters and being constantly overshadowed by hot star Nicole Scherzinger on X Factor this season, we think Tulisa will have to up her game if she is to prove her worth for next year’s talent show series.
