The 30-year-old will reportedly tie the knot with English businessman Joe Penna on Saturday at a secret ceremony in Italy.
The popular model has been posting pictures this week on Instagram ahead of the big day, and it has been rumoured that Maurice Flynn and Louise Johnston are both part of her wedding party.
According to reports, all the details of the big day are being kept firmly under wraps and that guests do not even know where they are headed once they land in Italy.
