A video of Colin Farrell interacting with a young fan has gone viral

Fans are praising Irish actor Colin Farrell over a viral video featuring his interactions with a young fan.

Posted on TikTok by @sonnygirlla, the video shows fan Nino and his mum meeting Farrell while filming his movie.

Nino’s mum asked Farrell if they could speak with him for “just one second.”

Farrell immediately got out of the car to shake his hand.

“I’m a really huge fan… I’ve watched a lot of your movies.”

Farrell proceeded to thank him, asked for his name, and offered to give him a hug.

He asked Nino about himself, and how school is going, to which Nino’s mum replied that it’s “going good”, but they’re “having a little tough time with it”.

“School is tough. They were the worst days of my life, for what it’s worth. Life only gets better, man,” Farrell notes.

Nino’s mum also says that Nino aspires to become a musician, to which Farrell asks what instrument he plays [guitar].

He encourages the fan to stay at it.

“I promise you life gets better and better,” the Irish actor added.

He wishes them all the best and hugs Nino’s mum before leaving.
