He can certainly do an incredible Tommy Lee Jones impression but not even that could keep Josh Brolin out of trouble with the authorities as he was arrested on New Year’s Day.
The Men in Black 3 star was arrested for being drunk in public in Santa Monica, California, according to reports this morning.
Josh Brolin was arrested on New Year’s Day in California.
Fortunately for him, Brolin was released on bail after seven hours and will not be prosecuted.
A spokesman told The Sun: “He was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was booked and released with no further action pending.”
His wife Diane Lane called the police on her hubby back in 2004.
It’s not the first time the Hollywood actor has gotten in trouble with the law. He was arrested and charged with spousal battery against his wife, actress Diane Lane, back in 2004.
