Caroline Wozniacki was propelled into unwanted media spotlight last week when Rory McIlroy announced that the pair were ending their engagement just days after wedding invitations had been sent to guests.
Since the very public split, Woznikacki has kept somewhat quiet about the whole debacle, however judging by her new profile photo on Twitter the tennis ace doesn’t mind poking fun at herself.
The Danish athlete changed her avatar to this fairly witty image where the 23-year-old can be seen standing beside what looks like a witches cauldron.

In a statement issued after her crushing defeat against Belgium’s Yanina Wickmayer at the French Open earlier in the week, Wozniacki asked the media to concentrate on questions relating to her sporting career, rather than her personal life.
“I was not prepared for this, it all came as a bit of a shock,” she said.
“I don’t really want to talk about my personal life. I hope that you all can understand that. The only thing I really have to say is that, you know, (I want to) thank everybody for their support and sweet messages. What happens in my personal life, I just want to really keep that between my closest people around me. You know, I just have to move on.”
