Actress Amanda Peet has revealed she is pregnant with her third child.
Peet debuted her baby bump when she walked the red carpet at last night’s Emmy Awards, accompanied by her husband Game of Thrones co-creator David Benihoff.
Amanda, well known for her roles in The Whole Nine Yards and A Lot Like Love, confirmed the news to US Weekly on the red carpet.
David and Amanda have two daughters, Frances (7) and Molly (4) and the actress spoke about their feelings towards the family’s new arrival. “They’re pretty excited. The older one is pretty excited, the middle one is not so sure”.
Co-creator D.B Weiss and David write the majority of episodes for the HBO series Game of Thrones with novelist George R.R Martin contributing one episode per season.
Martin is the brains behind A Song of Ice and Fire, the series of fantasy novels which Game of Thrones was adapted from.
