Lady Gaga is an avid fan of eccentric clothes and wild hairstyles but the pop star’s most recent and rather surprising do isn’t in the name of style.
The pop star has shaved part of the back of her heard as a tribute to Terry Richardson’s mother, Annie Lomax, who passed away yesterday.
Photographer Terry has been good friends with Gaga for years now and has also worked with the likes of Kate Moss, Blake Lively and Miranda Kerr.
Terry Richardson has photographed some of the world’s biggest stars.
The ‘Born This Way’ singer posted the pic on Twitter earlier accompanied by a message for Terry: “I did it for u Terry. I’m sorry about ure mommy. She has princess die, but were all princess high” (sic).
Gaga was quick to quash any assumptions that she had shaved her entire head, posting a pic of her high and might we add hair-ful bun.
“But we still have glamour at the front,” she wrote before referencing her new album entitled ‘ARTPOP.’
Gaga proved that she didn’t shave off all of her hair with this pic.
