It seems that Miley Cyrus’ new highly sexualised persona has been well received by the porn industry.
Gamelink, an adult retailer, has reportedly approached the 20-year-old, offering her a $1 million deal to direct a hardcore porn film.
A seat in the director’s chair was offered to the singer by Vice President of the company, Jeff Dillon, who praised her “empowering” attitude towards sex.
The singer would have “full creative control” over the hardcore porn film.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, Dillon wrote:
”You’ve become an empowered young woman that is unapologetic about your lifestyle, especially when it comes to expressing your sexuality… you are the ideal choice to show the world your vision as an artist in the world of adult entertainment.”
Dillon also said that he wanted to help Cyrus lose her Disney ‘Hannah Montana’ image, and even referenced her recent spat with Sinead O’Connor.
Last week O’Connor penned an open letter to Cyrus, encouraging her to send a more ‘healthier’ message to fans. O’Connor’s letter also urged Miley not to fall victim to the music industry’s attempt to ‘prostitute’ her.
”We at Gamelink feel this gives you a chance to finally show the world you are not a little girl anymore, and you won’t bow to the pressures of the likes of Sinead O’Connor, who is jealous of your success.”
Cyrus has openly welcomed the controversy surrounding her MTV VMA performance with ‘Blurred Lines’ singer, Robin Thicke.
The star is yet to respond to the lucrative offer.
