From the Jungle to the Classroom: Star Wants Degree

She may have a bit of a reputation for being ditsy but it seems that Helen Flanagan is returning to school. Yes, you read that right, she wants to return to school.

The former Coronation Street actress has revealed that she plans to go back to school to do three A-Levels in History, Psychology and Religious Studies. Yes, we were a little surprised at her choices as well.

 

Helen wants to go back to school and then go to university.

Helen, who is currently dating Manchester City player Scott Sinclair, also said that she then wants to go to university: “I want to get a degree.”

The 22-year-old explained during the interview with FHM that first time around, she neglected her studies.

“When I was 16 I guess I was just going off the rails. I used to be a really good student and then I just went off on one… I think it was just hormones.”

 

The actress went into the jungle a few months ago.

Helen, who appeared on the last series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here, also spoke about the critics who have labelled her dumb.

She explained: “Things like that go completely over my head. People will write things about my boyfriend, about football, and I get really protective. Apart from that, I don’t care. I’m used to it.”

Well, if nothing else, you have to admit that she’s not afraid to speak up and that she know what she wants!
