Gemma Atkinson has confirmed that she is engaged eight months after her other half popped the question.
The former Hollyoaks star took to her Twitter account to put the record straight about whether she was getting ready to walk down the aisle.
Gemma has starred in Hollyoaks and Casualty.
She shared a snap of her sparkler along with the caption: “Ok, to those asking, YES! I am Engaged. I have been since Aug. We celebrated privately last Yr with Fam & friends 🙂 [sic]”.
The 28-year-old actress is in a relationship with Britain’s Got Talent contestant Liam Richards (he was half of martial arts duo Strike from the 2008 series if you can remember that far back).
Liam (left) appeared on Britain’s got Talent but didn’t win.
Apparently the couple, who started dating four years ago, only shared their good news with their friends and family until now.
