Jason Segel has checked himself into alcoholics anonymous according to reports today.
The How I Met Your Mother star is said to have attended a 12-step meeting at the beginning of March.
Jason stars in the hit comedy How I Met Your Mother.
An insider told RadarOnline: “He told everyone it’s time that he stops drinking for good.”
They said that the 33-year-old actor also stayed to listen to the stories of others.
The actor with his ex Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda.
The news comes only a matter of weeks after Jason split from girlfriend Michelle Williams. It is believed the couple broke up due to commitment issues.
A source said at the time: “She cares a great deal for Jason but is not ready to make a commitment. Maybe if they were together day-to-day, she would have more confidence in a future. But not at this time.”
