People have been so busy talking about whether Victoria Beckham is pregnant again that we didn’t think about anyone else. But low and behold Coleen Rooney has announced that she is expecting her second baby.
The 26-year-old wife of Manchester United player Wayne took to her Twitter account last night to tell the world about their good news.
Wayne and Coleen have been together since they were teenagers.
The fashionista wrote: “A few people guessed, so news is out ha!! Me wayne and Kai are thrilled that we are expecting a new addition to our family around May time x [sic].
“It’s still only early but bursting with excitement! Also wanted the news to come from us, before anyone else!”
The couple already have an adorable son called Kai.
And it wasn’t long before their celebrity friends started offering their congratulations. Television presenter Piers Morgan was rather cheeky with his: “Congratulations on your fabulous news @WayneRooney & @ColeenRoo – and fingers crossed the baby gets its mother’s looks…”
Although we wouldn’t hold our breaths considering their cute two-year-old son Kai is the spitting image of his father!
