Robbie Williams proves that learning how to be a father has changed with the times as he says all he needs for the birth of his first child is a computer and the internet.

What happened to just handing the guy a nappy and letting him learn by error?

The Take That star is expecting a baby girl with his wife Ayda Field and admitted his preparation for the new addition just includes the computer with an online connection.

“I’m going to be a dad any moment now, it could happen while I’m sat here,” he told BBC Radio One.

“The bags are packed and we’ve worked out the fastest route to hospital. All I need is the internet and a computer for the birth!”

Robbie’s wife Ayda is American so the couple are still deciding where to raise their child. They have agreed for the birth to take place in the UK, where Robbie is born.

“I want the baby to have an English passport, but we’re still figuring out where we’re gonna live,” he revealed.

We can’t help feel broody that our Robbie is going to be a dad…

Ahhhh, pop’s cheeky chappy Robbie is going to be a dad oh-so-soon!

Robbie is currently preparing for the release of his new album, ‘Take The Crown’, on November 5th.

We heard Robbie’s new single, ‘Candy’, this morning on the radio and loved it!

The star dropped out of his ‘X-Factor’ role helping Gary in the judges’ houses last minute this weekend, but his long-term buddy Gary said he completely understood with Ayda so close to her due date.

We’re waiting with bated breath Robbie!
