Kelly Osbourne has confirmed she did collapse on the set of Fashion Police on Thursday.
The reality star’s publicist had tried to play down the incident after images of the 28-year-old being carried off set in an ambulance emerged.
But Kelly cleared up all doubt when she took to Twitter to explain to fans what had happened.
She wrote: “Thank U all 4 UR beautiful wishes yes I did have a seizure they are just trying to figure out why? [sic]”
Kelly collapsed while filming her E! show Fashion Police, and was taken to a Los Angeles-based hospital where she was expected to stay overnight.
Kelly reportedly turned to her fellow show hosts and said she didn’t feel well, before she fell out of her chair shaking.
An audience member happened to be a doctor and reportedly fled to her aid.
Kelly tweeted fans a shot of her arm on the drip.
Kelly came around a few moments after the seizure, but her team wanted her to go to hospital for tests and supervision.
A spokesperson told the Daily Mail: “Kelly Osbourne fainted on the set of E!’s Fashion Police today.
“She was taken to a local hospital for further testing and is awake, alert and in stable condition.
“She will be staying overnight for observation as a precautionary measure. There are no further details at this time.”
Show host Joan Rivers told TMZ: “She is fine.”
