Fans cannot believe how different Love Island’s Megan looked four years ago

She has made a dramatic change to her appearance.

While stirring up a LOT of controversy in the villa this week, Megan Barton-Hanson is also making headlines today after pictures of her at 20-years-old emerged and fans cannot believe how different she looks.

But it turns out that her change in appearance is all down to cosmetic surgery with HELLO Magazine reporting that Megan has had procedures since the age of 14-years-old to present day, setting her back an estimated total of £25,000 (€28,200). In the year of her 20th birthday, Megan had lip filler and a breast augmentation with the publication also reporting that she has had continuous lip fillers since as well as an expensive rhinoplasty and botox in her forehead. Megan caused serious controversy in the Love Island villa this week when she decided to pursue Wes and "steal him" from Laura. Fans were livid at the way Megan handled the situation focusing mainly on her lack of girl code and the fact she "smirked" when Laura ran off crying as Wes left her for Megan.
