Wade Robson, a choreographer famous for working with the likes of Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, has filed legal documents against Michael Jackson citing childhood abuse. The dancer filed the charges under the seal, which means the content is not public knowledge.
The choreographer filed the charges on May 1st, looking for compensation from the late Michael Jackson’s estate. The report apparently discusses the level of abuse and a signed affidavit from a child psychiatrist.
Robson was introduced to Jackson when he was just five years of age and spent a good deal of time at the Neverland ranch, often staying over with other children. He regularly went to Neverland up to the age of 14, according to Breaking News.
During the trial in 2005 where Jackson was accused of molesting children, Robson appeared in defence of the star and denyied anything had occurred while he was at the Neverland estate.
The lawyer in the 2005 case, Tom Mesereau said: “It’s absurd. He was one of the strongest witnesses for the defence at Michael Jackson’s criminal trial in 2005. He was adamant under oath that he had never been molested at any time.
“He withstood very aggressive cross-examination by the prosecutor. He stood his ground and never wavered in saying Michael Jackson had done absolutely nothing improper to him.”
A statement is expected from the Michael Jackson estate later.
