Ellen Page made her first public appearance with her girlfriend Samantha Thomas this weekend, ahead of the film premiere of Ellen’s next film ‘Freeheld’. Walking the red carpet at the Toronto Film Festival, the star was asked why she had chosen that night to debut her new relationship. In the sweetest reply ever, Ellen told E! News: "I'm in love. "Walking down the carpet holding my girlfriend's hand is pretty special. It's pretty awesome."
