The parade is set to begin at Parnell Square at 12pm with its grand return to the city centre after two years of it being cancelled.
The parade was cancelled in March 2020 just as the pandemic began to worsen around the globe and a virtual festival took place in 2021 due to severe Covid restrictions.
The theme for this year's Dublin parade and the St Patrick's Day festival as a whole, which is running from March 16th to 20th, is "connections."
After the announcement was made, Kellie said: "I think everyone knows how much I love my country, and my beloved city.
