Eddie Murphy just became a dad for the tenth time and chose the sweetest name

If the thought of Christmas with a house packed full of relatives fills you with dread, spare a thought for Eddie Murphy.

The actor has just become a father for the tenth time at the age of 57. His fiancé Paige Butcher, 39, gave birth to a baby boy named Max Charles Murphy on the 29th of November, his publicist has confirmed. "Both mother and son are doing well." The baby middle name is a tribute to Eddie's older brother Charlie, who died of leukaemia last year. Max is the couple's second child. Their daughter Izzy Oona Murphy is two and a half. They have been together since 2012 and got engaged in September of this year. She takes her daughter to the park and for play dates.” There's a big range of ages in the Murphy family - his eldest son Eric, whom he had with ex Paulette McNeely, is 29. Eddie had five children (Bria, 28, Miles, 25, Shayne, 23, Zola, 18, and Bella, 16) with Nicole Murphy, whom he was married to for 22 years. He's also dad 27-year-old son, Christian, from a relationship with Tamara Hood and has a ten-year-old daughter Angel with former Spice Girl Mel B.
