Rita Ora and Ed Sheeran apparently recorded a song together celebrating their close friendship and the fact that they have never “hooked up”.
Rita just recently dropped her new single Poison from her forthcoming second album, telling Noisey that the song is basically her “complaining about all [her] s**ty love stories”.
However, she also revealed that she recorded a much happier song with “best friend” Ed Sheeran, all about their friendship.
The pair at the Billboard Music Awards recently.
The as-yet-unheard song details the special relationship that the pair have and their appreciation that they haven’t messed with things by getting intimate.
The 24-year-old singer told the site, ”I did this incredibly beautiful song with Ed about our friendship; he’s one of my best friends.”
“It’s amazing having a friend in this industry of the opposite sex that you haven’t hooked up with. He’s such a legend. I respect him in so many ways.”
At the Brit Awards earlier this year.
And the pair’s friendship is not confined to the studio as the I Will Never Let You Down singer revealed some of their hilarious gambling escapades at the recent Rock In Rio Festival in Las Vegas.
She admitted, “There was one point when I ran out of chips and Ed put my watch on the table. I was like, ‘NOOOOOOO, you put your bloody watch on the table!’”
We love them…now when do we get to hear this song?
