Eastenders Star Tony Discipline Cleared of GBH

Soap star Tony Discipline has been cleared of GBH after the judge orders the jury to return a not guilty verdict.

The 23 year old who plays Tyler Moon in Eastenders broke a man’s jaw during a brawl that erupted when the actor was taunted about his t-shirt at a nightclub.

Hayden Deol’s jaw was so badly broken that he had to get titanium plates fitted. His cousin Sab Deol was also there on the night that it happened.

Discipline said that he had been surrounded by a group of men and punched by both Hayden and Sab. He admitted to hitting both men but pleaded self-defence.

Judge Geoffrey Pedgen ordered the jury to return a verdict of not guilty as it was impossible to determine who had started the brawl. There was also conflicting evidence among the victims.

Who ever said that real-life wasn’t as dramatic as the soaps, eh?
