EastEnders actress Charlie Brooks is set to launch her very own performing arts school in the UK.
The actress, who’s best known as her role as Janine Butler on the popular soap, is to launch her stage school with friend Mark Jermin in Surrey.
Digital Spy reports that the new “Esher Stage School” has been set up by the soapstar to “teach, inspire and build confidence in its pupils”.
“As a child I remember so clearly wanting to fulfil my dream of becoming a successful actress and pleading with my parents to go to stage school” Brooks told Get Surrey.
“I was lucky enough to be given that opportunity and I want other young people to have that chance too.”
The official launch will on March 8th by Brooks and a team of teachers.
