We all changed a lot from our angelic pre-pubescent days and through our terrible teens, but no transformation is quite as great as those you regularly see in soap land.
It’s “the new Pippa” all over again in Eastenders next week, as soap bosses have confirmed that young Denny Rickman has been recast.

Harry Hickles has been playing Sharon’s son since 2012, but from next week there will be a new blonde on Albert Square, in the form of Bleu Landau.
Landau’s star is obviously on the rise, as the young actor has also bagged a role in Guy Ritchie’s forthcoming film Knights of the Roundtable: King Arthur, which is due in cinemas next year.
Bleu Landau will take over the role of Denny from next week
EastEnders spokesperson said of their departing star: “We wish Harry all the best for the future”.
He’s certainly not the first to get the chop in favour of another young acting talent, with characters like Lauren Branning, Ben Mitchell and Lucy Beale all recast in recent years.
Harry Hickles will be leaving the soap after three years
