Kris Humphries might want take a trip to the STI clinic because he reportedly has Herpes!
The NBA star is being sued by a woman who claims he gave her the incurable STI after a night of passion.
Kayla Goldberg said she met Kim Kardashian’s soon to be ex husband in The Newsroom Cafe in Los Angeles before going back to his hotel room and having unprotected sex.
According to Radar Online the court documents read: “Once Kayla Goldberg and Kris Humphries arrived at his hotel room they had sexual intercourse more than once, becoming intimate partners.
“During their interactions Humphries also performed oral sex on Goldberg.
“Defendant Humphries did not at any time inform Plaintiff that he was infected with the incurable venereal disease, Herpes Simplex Virus.”
Kris married Kim Kardashian last August and they split 72 days later
However Kris denies the allegations and told friends that there is no way he could have infected Goldberg because he recently got tested for the STI.
“Kris was recently accused by another woman of giving her Herpes, this happened within the last two months,” said a source close to the NBA star.
“Kris tested negative for it though and for any other sexually transmitted disease and he is absolutely steadfast that he has never given anyone Herpes.
“Kris plans on vigorously fighting the lawsuit filed against him by Kayla Goldberg and is considering counter-suing her for defamation.”
Kris is currently involved in a high profile divorce case with his soon to be ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
The couple wed last August before separating a mere 72 days later.
Her.ie isn’t sure if Kayla’s allegations have much truth in them, but we think Hollywood’s women won’t be so quick to let Kris beneath the sheets until she is proven wrong by the courts!
