Kate Middleton may be keeping schtum on her pregnancy news, but a recent shopping trip might just have revealed the gender of her baby.
The Duchess of Cambridge reportedly paid a visit to a Chelsea baby boutique this week, where the mother-of-one was “drawn to the girls’ clothes”.
The store, which have already provided a number of outfits for toddler George, is a favourite of Kate’s.
Kate wowed in a print maternity coat from Hobbs during a royal engagement earlier this week.
Co-owner of boutique Amaia, Segolene Tresca, told
People magazine:
“She was very interested. Every mum that comes in the shop, they look for boys’ [clothes] but they always end up looking at the girls’ stuff too.
"We all hope it’s a little girl because it will be so cute, they will be like a little couple.”
Kate, who is due next month, recently revealed that she’s starting to feel the baby move:
“It’s moving all the time. I can feel it kicking now.”
Bookies have Charlotte tipped as the name of choice if the Duchess gives birth to a baby girl this summer.
