Dermot O’Leary Gets A Little Bit More Than He Bargained For On The Xtra Factor

X Factor host Dermot O’Leary got a little bit more than he bargained for during an interview on The Xtra Factor on Sunday night. The TV star was fielding questions from viewers over social media and Skype and it was a Skype call with a woman called Lara that left him with a bit of a smile on his face. As Dermot said hi to Lara, one of her friends showed up in the background topless and wandering around the room. Fans of the show took to Twitter to express their amusement while the ever professional Dermot recovered quickly to continue on with the question and answer session.
