Derek from Crystal Swing is getting married today in the most Crystal Swing wedding ever

Sorry ladies, he's now officially off the market.

Congratulations are in order for Derek Burke and his Claire McAuliffe who are getting married today. Derek, 27, who shot to fame alongside his sister Dervla and mum Mary in Crystal Swing, will wed his long-term girlfriend Claire, 24, in their native Cork. After an eighteen-month engagement, the couple are tying the knot in a ceremony at Ballintotis Church, followed by a reception for family and friends at Midleton Park Hotel. "It's been a year and a half since we got engaged and I've been waiting for this day to come," the Lisgoold native told The Mirror. "I couldn't be prouder and happier." Derek and the family are known for their country and western tunes and in true Crystal Swing fashion, he and his bride are keeping it country on their big day. Derek will make his final journey as a single man in a tractor parade. Some of the biggest names from the Irish country music scene will be guests of the couple today. TG4 Glor Tire champions Patrick and Conor O’Sullivan and singer Louise Morrissey will be in attendance. Ireland's country queen Philomela Begley was also invited but was unable to make it. Crystal Swing first came to international attention in 2010 with hits like He Drinks Tequila and The Hucklebuck and have since performed with acts including Bonnie Tyler and Lily Allen.
