David Beckham Thanks His 20 Million Facebook Fans for their Support

Twenty million people have liked David Beckham’s Facebook page and the star has thanked them by sharing a picture with his fans.

Beckham wrote: "Just seen that we have reached 20 million, incredible...a special thank you to everyone, I have the best support out there," he wrote.

 

The British footballer has been busy this week and his pretty face has been popping up all over the place.

The star is an Olympic ambassador but was left out of Great Britain’s soccer squad for the games.

According to The Telegraph, the LA Galaxy midfielder said: "Everyone knows how proud I am of representing my country and to do it in my home town on such a big stage would have been incredible so, of course, I'm disappointed, but life goes on.

"My family are healthy, I'm pretty healthy, so at the end of the day, I'll be there to support the GB team.

"It's going to be a proud moment to be there and know that I was part of bringing the Olympics to the East End of London."

"Like I said, life moves on and I hope the GB team go to the Olympics and win as many medals, as many gold medals as possible,” he said.
