The daughter of former Ireland football manager has been crowned the new Miss Ireland 2025

Caoimhe Kenny, the daughter of ex-Ireland football manager Stephen Kenny, takes home the title of Miss Ireland 2025.

24-year-old Caoimhe took part in the competition as Miss Louth last Saturday, June 14th.

She celebrated her win with her family, including her grandmothers, Olive Whelan and Mary Kenny, and of course her father, Stephen.

Stephen Kenny managed Ireland’s senior football team from 2020 to 2023 and is currently the boss of Dublin side St Patrick’s Athletic FC.

Finalists from across the country gathered at the Knightsbrook Hotel in Trim, Co Meath, to compete in the 77th Miss Ireland final.

Caoimhe is one of Siobhán and Stephen Kenny’s four children, along with her siblings Eoin, Neave, and Fionn.

The new Miss Ireland is originally from Blackrock near Dundalk and is a buying assistant for Brown Thomas and Arnotts. She also volunteers for Save Our Homeless Dundalk and Hygiene Hub Louth.

The Miss Ireland pageant was first organised in 1947.

Some of its previous winners include Rosanna Davison, Holly Carpenter, Aoife Walsh, Pamela Flood, and Rebecca Maguire.

In total, the Miss Ireland franchise has raised more than €350,000 for charities including Laura Lynn, Temple Street, Alzheimer’s Ireland, and Pieta House.

Caoimhe will receive a lucrative agency contract and will have the privilege to represent Ireland next year at the Miss World Festival, which will be televised in over 100 countries.
