So it looks as if our hopes of marrying and having kids with Zack Morris from Saved by the Bell are well and truly over. (Although to be fair they ended a long time ago when he first got married and had kids.)
Anyway Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his wife Catriona McGinn have revealed they are expecting their first child together!
The pair has announced they are expecting a child together.
The couple, who got hitched last summer, are set to welcome their new addition in September of this year.
Speaking about the news to People the actor said: “We are all really excited for the arrival of our new addition. We’ve always wanted a big family.”
The actor has two children from his first marriage.
Gosselaar already has two children, nine-year-old Michael Charles and six-year-old Ava Lorenn from a previous marriage, and they are also said to be excited about the prospect of a baby brother or sister.
“The kids are looking forward to a little sibling, and are asking a lot of funny questions right now,” the Franklin & Bash star added. Oh Zack, we’re sure you have all the answers in that pretty little head of yours!
