Celebrity blogger and Big Brother contestant Perez Hilton is rumoured to make a bid to appear in the next season of Strictly Come Dancing, confirming on Twitter he’d love to do the show.
Following a controversial appearance in this year’s Celebrity Big Brother, the 36-year old revealed he wouldn’t hesitate in taking part in the hit BBC dance programme.
When questioned by a fan on Twitter about whether he’d take part, Perez assured the fan he would love to be a contestant.
He added:
And if @BBCstrictly asked me to be on the show, I would jump and twirl and instantly say yes! #TheFunTrain would be full steam for that!!!

Fans of the star have now started a #perezforstrictly campaign, calling on the BBC to make an offer:

We don’t know how we’d feel about Perez taking on Strictly, but we’d be lying if we didn’t admit we’d love to see a standoff between the blogger and Craig Revel Horwood.
