Murder On The Dancefloor singer Sophie Ellis Bextor gives birth to fifth child

Sophie Ellis Bextor has given birth to her fifth child. The Murder On The Dancefloor singer welcomed "absolutely gorgeous" baby Mickey Jones yesterday. Following the birth, Ellis Bextor took to Instagram to share a photo of her newborn son with dad, Richard. https://www.instagram.com/p/BsV5p9PADCQ/ "He’s here!" she wrote. "Mickey Jones born today weighing 7lb 1oz and he’s absolutely gorgeous. Welcome to our quirky little family, sweet boy. We’re so glad you’re here safe." She also shared an IG Story of herself and Mickey spending their first night together. This is Ellis Bextor and Jones's fifth child together. They also have 13-year-old Sonny, nine-year-old Kit, five-year-old Ray, and three-year-old Jesse. Their oldest, Sonny, was born just eight months after the pair started dating. "The album will come out around the same time as my fifth infant because I’m having my fifth baby. Mental!" she said. Ellis Bextor and Jones met while working together on tour. Jones is the bassist of UK pop band The Feeling.
