They day there’s no rest for the wicked, but after a stellar career on the pitch one might be forgiven for thinking that BOD would enjoy some well-earned time off.
Not so, though, as Newstalk FM have today announced that the former Irish international has joined their lineup.
Brian will feature on the station’s flagship sports show as a rugby presenter, representatives for the station confirmed this morning.
BOD will join the Off The Ball panel this September.
Ger Gilroy, Sports Editor Newstalk said, “We are thrilled that Brian has decided to join the Off the Ball team, we had a gap for a world class centre! Seriously though, his giant sports brain will be picked clean on a regular basis, we can’t wait.”
The sporting legend will join Gilroy tonight on Off the Ball for his first official interview following his retirement.
