Coleen Rooney’s tell-all memoir to document ‘up-and-down’ marriage to Wayne Rooney

Coleen Rooney is set to spill details of her "strained" marriage in her new tell-all book.

The 37-year-old is to release the tell-all memoir very soon in which she will open up about her up-and-down relationship with husband Wayne Rooney. The book, titled My Account, will tell the story of the former footballer's infidelities which made headlines back in 2010, something that he is said to be none too happy about. While Coleen has been open about their marriage struggles, telling British Vogue that their relationship had been "a battle a times," it seems that Wayne wants to leave the past in the past. Speaking to OK! Magazine, a source close to the couple said: "They're in a good place now and it's widely known they have been through a difficult time in the past. Their marriage has been under immense strain even in recent times, but they have come out stronger.

"Whenever his infidelities are mentioned, understandably people start talking about it, which leads to lots of unkind comments online. He would rather leave it in the past. Footballers love banter and, as the boss, he doesn’t want to be at the centre of any jokes. This book will obviously bring back bad memories and open up old wounds, and Wayne isn’t keen on more marriage bombshells being talked about." In 2010 Wayne made headlines when he was hit with allegations that he had cheated on Coleen with two sex workers while she was pregnant with their son Kai.
