We lusted after commitment-phobe Mr. Big as he broke Carrie’s heart a dozen times over in the popular HBO series Sex and The City, but Chris Noth believes he has finally shaken the big man from his life for good.

Although we can’t see why the actor would want to disassociate himself with the expert player of hard-to-get, Chris revealed that he is relieved to finally achieved some distance from the role.

“Every day I still get stopped because someone wants a picture with Mr Big,” he told New York Daily News.

“But I finally got over the stigma. I’ve got a four-year-old son now and other things seem more important.”

Chris hung up his Sex and The City boots in 2004 but has since appeared in two films based on the iconic series and has landed a resident role on The Good Wife.

Although Chris is happy to focus on more challenging roles, he revealed that he would not rule out returning to the big screen with his co-star Sarah Jessica Parker.

The actor now stars in The Good Wife

“Sure, you look at anything if they pay you enough and the writing is good,” he explained.

“At the end of the day, I’m just an actor looking for work,” he said.

One things for sure… we would abso-f*cking-lutely love to get another fix of the notoriously sexy Mr. Big, or even better, meet the real-life model. Swoon.
