Cheryl Cole may be head-over-heels for her new man Tre Holloway, but it seems like she’s struggling to leave her ex-hubby, footballer Ashley Cole, behind her.
According to reports, Ashley reportedly offered to fly out to the USA to see Cheryl and make sure she was okay after her recent car crash in Los Angeles.
“It was never going to happen because the football season’s started, but he knew it was an offer she’d appreciate,” said a source.
Cheryl was left with a bloody nose after the car she was travelling in with Will.I.Am smashed into a parked vehicle in the early hours of the morning, following a late-night recording session.
“Ash got a call telling him about the accident and the first thing he did was text Cheryl to check she was okay. He was really worried and he blames Will for putting her in danger. Cheryl replied, reassuring him she’s “fine, but all shook up,”” said an insider.
“Ash was planning to send her some flowers as soon as she got back to the UK,” the insider added.

It’s no secret that Ashley has some regular contact with Cheryl, but according to reports, their communications have left Cheryl’s new man slightly confused.
Apparently, poor Tre can’t understand why Cheryl doesn’t just tell Ashley to leave her alone. Cheryl and Ashley divorced in 2010, following a string of cheating accusations against the footballer.
