Charlotte Church believes she’ll have no other option than to work into her old age, after admitting she’s spent most of her fortune.
The 28-year old singer, who sold more than 10million albums in her career, suggested in an interview with BBC One Wales that her money has dried up.
The singer revealed:
“I will have to work for the rest of my life. Not because I want to but because I have to.
“I always understood that all that stuff isn’t important and my career was not the be and end all.”
Referring to her falling record sales and falling fame, Church joked:
“The tax man is looking at my accounts wondering where I’m hiding all my money.”
The Welsh star initially found fame as a young opera singer, but in recent years she has developed a more experimental sound.
