Celine Dion shares a rare snap of her adorable twins as they turn 9

Celine Dion has given fans a rare glimpse into her family life, sharing two new photos of her twin boys.

The singer, who usually keeps her children out of the spotlight, posted the snaps of sons Eddy and Nelson to Instagram to mark them turning nine.

"Double the laughter and double the love," she wrote. "Happy 9th Birthday, Nelson and Eddy! I’m so very proud of my boys. I love you! - Mom xx"

The boys are Celine's youngest children. Their father, Celine's husband and manager Rene Angelil, passed away in 2016 after a battle with cancer. Celine, 51, is also mum to 18-year-old son Rene-Charles. She has said that her sons helped her to get through her grief after she lost Rene. "Every day, I still see him because my three children… they look so much like him, and do so many things just like him, and this is just amazing. He was a very exceptional man.”
