Celebs Go Dating’s Nadia Essex announces she is pregnant with ‘miracle’ child

Celebs Go Dating's Nadia Essex has announced she is pregnant with a 'miracle' child.

The 37-year-old told Closer [via The Mirror] how she had "gone from a hellish year to being blessed with a baby." She said:

"The odds weren’t in my favour, as for so long I thought I couldn’t have children – so this is the best thing that’s ever happened to me. It’s a miracle!"

She explained that she had tried for a baby with previous partner ten years ago, "with no success". The former Celebs Go Dating coach said that she is 14 weeks pregnant, and had only just stopped taking her contraceptive pill - however, she was using protection still when she conceived. She continued:

"My doctor told me there was less than one per cent chance of conception. Everyone’s shocked, but I wouldn’t change a thing!”

Nadia added that the baby's father lives in America, and the two of them are no longer together. However, she said that he wants to be involved - so the two of them will be co-parenting. It comes a few weeks after she told how a return to telly with I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! would be a "dream". Speaking to Daily Star Online, Nadia said:

"The jungle would be my dream! I’m scared of almost everything… spiders, the dark, you name it. "But a show like that would prove how far you could push past your fears and I’d love to see whether I’d sink or swim!"
