Celebrity Solicitor Gerald Kean and Lisa Murphy Put Their Wedding on Hold

Celebrity solicitor Gerald Kean will not wed his fiancée Lisa Murphy because he cannot find the perfect ring.

The 54 year old had the perfect ring picked out for the big day but it was stolen in a gang-raid of their home last year.

During the raid, Lisa was held at knifepoint as criminals stole €1.5 million worth of jewellery and valuables.

Speaking to The Irish Daily Mirror, Gerald fears that the Gardaí will never find their possessions.

“I wouldn’t be confident at this stage that we will get the jewellery back. I wouldn’t be confident at all.

“It’s tough because we had the perfect ring picked out and now we’re trying to pick out another one, which isn’t easy in this day in age.

“The wedding has gone back to next year. We have a lot on and particularly with the robbery, we need to replace the ring.”

Gerald blasted rumours that his relationship with Dublin Housewives star Lisa is in trouble.

“It’s absolutely ludicrous stuff. The relationship is very strong,” he said.

Gerald has a daughter with his first wife and would love to start a family with Lisa.

“I would love to have kids with Lisa,” he said.

“One of the greatest joys in my life is Kirsten, my daughter, she is the greatest joy of my life.”

“She is unbelievable, and I would love another kid – I would be with Lisa on that one. But I don’t know if I would have time for children. I would have to make the time.”

The solicitor revealed that his blonde fiancée is currently indulging in filthy novel Fifty Shades of Grey.

“At the moment, Lisa is half way through the third book and enjoying it immensely.

“She’s bringing a lot home from the book,” he said.
