Ethan Embry and Sunny Mabrey are engaged again after filing for divorce in 2012 it has been revealed this week.
The pair, who star in Once Upon A Time, were married for seven years before going their separate ways in 2012.
The couple told US Weekly the happy news on Saturday.
“It’s the same one [engagement ring] I had from way back,” said Mabrey, who is also known for her roles in Mad Men and Desperate Housewives.
“I just couldn’t [get rid of it], it was too painful. I couldn’t imagine letting that go. It just meant too much, and I guess there was maybe a little bit of hope there!” she continued.
Meanwhile Embry, who is also well known for roles in That Thing You Do and Sweet Home Alabama added; “It has a happy ending.”
“We grew up,” Mabrey agreed. “I don’t know, we needed that time, obviously we did. We were just a little bit… a little mixed up.
“It takes a long time to realize what’s important and figure out your own issues. I just think we’d been apart for so long and the love wasn’t going away.”
