When they got together all those years ago, people probably thought that it would never last but Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones have certainly proved all of the cynics wrong as they are set to renew their wedding vows.
The A-list couple, who have been married for 12 years and have two children together, wanted to redo the deed on their tenth anniversary but with Michael’s cancer diagnosis, they decided to wait until the time was right.
And that time has finally come. Apparently Michael and Catherine are planning to renew their vows in Bermuda this year in front of their nearest and dearest.

An insider told the National Enquirer: “Catherine and Michael are planning a private ceremony at their home in Bermuda over Christmas with their children, parents and a few select friends.”
The source also explained that it will signify what the family has come through in recent years: “They’re all incredibly excited. Michael still has to get monthly check-ups but he believes the worst is behind him.
“He’s so thankful to be alive and have Catherine at his side… This is a happy time in their lives and they’re both looking forward to a new beginning.” Aww, how sweet?
