Tulisa Contostavlos has come out and said she thinks modern day celebrities are “fake”.
Apologies, but we still can’t take her seriously with that brassy mane…
The 24-year-old singer wants to single-handedly bring the “realness” back to the music industry because she thinks most people are pretending to be something they’re not for the cameras.
Tulisa appeared on ITV1’s ‘Daybreak’ this morning and said; “I think the celebrities today, not all of them, but just the whole industry frustrates me because it is so fake. People pretend to be, a lot of the time, what they’re not.
“And I don’t know, it’s just this whole façade that’s being portrayed to the public which isn’t the real case. These are all real people and I just find it silly and unnecessary, and so I want to bring that realness to this industry and say: ‘Well actually, I’m actually a human being, we’re not all like that’.”
The ‘Young’ singer, who won a court battle against her ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards leaked a sex-tape of her online, said her recent experiences have made her more laid-back. She said she is “not bothered” about the idea of young girls looking up to her and she now just wants to focus on being confident in herself.
Tulisa said: “I think I’m a lot more relaxed about everything at the minute. Whether it comes to media pressure or anything, I’ve become a bit laid back and actually not bothered.
“I’d say over this past year there’s been a transition where I’ve felt like I was a young woman – to now, a woman.”

Tulisa spoke to Irish fans yesterday in a live web chat with BreakingNews.ie. She said the one thing she’d like to be remembered for would be a great single or album.
She also revealed her love for, em, archaeology and said if she hadn’t made it in singing, she would have taken to the shovel and sand.
In an interview quite like a game of Truth Or Dare, Tulisa was asked who she would snog, marry or avoid out of the ‘X-Factor’ judges.
“I would snog Nicole Scherzinger, marry Louis (but have a celibate relationship) and avoid Gary because he is married already,” the star replied.
She said she would do Celebrity Big Brother, she would get more tattoos done and if she had to choose between 50 Shades and Hunger Games, she would choose 50 Shades with Tom Hardy as Christian Grey.
Phew! Can’t think of much else we’d want to know about Tulisa to be honest!
