Bruce Jenner has been sued for negligence in connection with a car accident that claimed the life of a woman in February.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star was involved in the crash in January, when his Hummer rear-ended a Lexus sedan driven by 69-year-old Kim Howe.
Howe was killed in the collision and now her stepchildren have taken legal action against Jenner for his role in the crash.
They have claimed that he was negligent but no further details have been released.
