'The Body Coach' Joe Wicks and his girlfriend Rosie have welcomed their first child.

The fitness social media star shared took to Instagram today to announce that he had become a father. He shared a photo of himself cradling his newborn baby girl, thanking everybody for their well wishes and congratulations. He wrote:

"The very first moment we met. Last night at 9.29pm we had our first little baby. A girl weighing 7.2lbs. "Rosie and the baby are both in great health and we are all so happy and can’t stop cuddling."

He continued:

"Thanks to everyone sending well wishes and congratulations. Wish I could respond to them all. Lots of love, Joe, Rosie and baby."

The Body Coach announced that he was expecting his first child three months ago with a rare post of himself and Rosie saying that he was going to be father. He explained why this was the first time he was sharing a personal photo of the couple, saying: "I’ve always chosen to keep my personal life and relationship private but with such an amazing new thing coming into our lives I thought it would be nice to share the news with you myself." The couple have been together since 2016 and have chosen to keep the details of their relationship mostly private. Wicks has yet to reveal the name of his baby girl, but asked fans to guess her name on Instagram three days ago.
