Becks Relocates To French Fashion Capital – We Reveal Our Parisian Predictions

From sporting Yves Saint Laurent to his penchant for facial hair, we bet Becks will fit right in

From Victoria’s uber successful fashion line to his own modelling endeavours with H&M and Armani it’s pretty safe to say that footballs most stylish star will fit right in when he moves to Paris.

A French Vogue cover:

When David appeared on the cover of British Elle last July for the magazine’s Olympic issue, sales figures reportedly increased, the female population swooned over his heavily tattooed, gym honed bod, his position as global fashion icon was cemented and the announcement crashed the magazine’s website. French Vogue have never had either of the Beckham’s on the cover but something tells us Becks is a perfect fit and maybe wife Victoria can help pave the way for her hubby  – she does have six covers of her own from the UK, Indian, Russian German and Turkish editions under her teeny-tiny belt.

French fashion:

Forget about football – David’s sartorial style alone makes him a star in our eyes and the keen follower of all things fashion will most likely make the most of the French designers on his doorstep. From Yves Saint Laurent to Louis Vuitton to Dior Homme, we hope to see David debut a host of hot off the runway looks from his new hometown and expect him to be FROWing with the best of them at Paris Fashion Week next month. Which brings us nicely onto…

Shopping:

The Beckham’s make no secret of their love for shopping and enjoy nothing more than indulging their expensive habit in their spare time. As one of the fashion capitals of the world, David will most certainly be enjoying the spoils of the Champs Elysses when he’s not in training.

A French Tache:

Becks loves a bit of facial hair and in the past has sported everything from a goatee (complete with matching ponytail) to a slightly rugged beard so we hope to see his facial hair take on a bit of French flavour in the next couple of months. From Poirot to the dude in the Breton top with a string of garlic around his neck, David will have plenty of reference points to choose from.

A Chateau fit for a footballer:

They already have Beckingham Palace in the UK so we’ve no doubt that David’s new digs in Paris will be equally as lavish. But will he opt for a city apartment in the exclusive 7th Arrondissement which boasts the Eiffel Tower and other celebrity residents or for one of the super swanky suburbs to the west of the city like Versailles?

Je m’appelle David:

We’re not too sure how much French David speaks but he could always avail of a few You Tube tutorials to help him get up to speed…
