Ariana Grande has officially ended her marriage.

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have officially filed for divorce after two years of marriage.

The singer filed for divorce from real-estate agent Gomez on Monday, September 18th.

A source confirmed to E! News that Grande filed for divorce first with Gomez filing his paperwork shortly after the singer.

The pair claimed they were divorcing due to “irreconcilable differences”.

They also confirmed they ended their relationship on February 20th, 2023.

A source told E! News: “They were taking their time together to slowly work through the details of the agreement privately before filing. They’ve been really caring and respectful of one another every step of this process.”

The source confirmed the pair will remain friends and have nothing but respect and love for one another.

“It’s been a very kind and patient uncoupling process,” the insider revealed.

The Grammy winner started dating Dalton in January 2020 and got engaged 11 months later.

The couple tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their home in Montecito, California in May 2021. They were joined by less than 20 guests and Grande wore a beautiful Vera Wang wedding dress.

They started experiencing marriage problems shortly before Grande moved to London to start filming Wicked. Their long-distance marriage allegedly put a strain on their relationship and despite trying to resolve their issues, the pair decided it would be best to break up.

Both the singer and real-estate agent have moved on since ending their relationship at the beginning of this year. Grande is reportedly dating her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater.

The new couple, who met on the set of the film adaptation of Wicked, reportedly started dating this summer.

Broadway star Slater was in a relationship with his wife Lilly Jay for ten years before ending his marriage to his childhood sweetheart. The couple welcomed their first child together in 2022.
