Liberty Ross has filed for divorce from husband Rupert Sanders according to reports this morning.
Website TMZ claims that the model and actress has asked for spousal support and joint custody of their two children.
The family in happier times before pictures of his affair were published.
The Snow White and the Huntsman director has also asked for joint custody and that the pair split the court costs evenly.
The news comes six months after it emerged that Sanders had an affair with actress Kristen Stewart, who has since managed to reconcile with her Twilight beau Robert Pattinson.
Stewart and Sanders were pictured romantically embracing each other last year.
Ross kicked Sanders out immediately after his infidelity was revealed back in July but then the pair decided to try to save their nine-year marriage with therapy. Sadly, this doesn’t seem to have worked.
The couple have two children together, seven-year-old Sykla and five-year-old Tennyson.
