Angus Cloud’s cause of death has been revealed following his passing in July.

It has been reported that the actor sadly died from an accidental overdose, according to the Alameda County Coroner’s office in California.

The Oakland native, who was best known for his role as Fez in the HBO series Euphoria, died at the age of 25 from ‘lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine.’

Speaking to CNN, a spokesperson for the coroner said: “Angus Cloud died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and in what is ruled as an accidental overdose.

“Angus suffered from acute intoxication from the combination of drugs, which also included benzodiazepine.”

This comes almost three months after the actor’s death was announced by his family in a heartbreaking statement.

They wrote: “It is with the heaviest heart that we had to say goodbye to an incredible human today. As an artist, a friend, a brother and a son, Angus was special to all of us in so many ways.

“We hope the world remembers him for his humour, laughter and love for everyone. We ask for privacy at this time as we are still processing this devastating loss.”

May he rest in eternal peace.
